- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef – In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Noodles – Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce – In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water or beef broth. Set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Beef – Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
