Ingredients
For the Biscuit Base:
1 packet Oreos or tennis biscuits (about 200g)
4 tablespoons melted butter
For the Mousse Filling:
2 cups fresh cream (heavy whipping cream)
1 can (397g) condensed milk
½ cup Cadbury Flake chocolate (grated or broken into small pieces)
For Garnish:
1 packet Cadbury Flake (crumbled on top)

Make the Biscuit Base:
Crush the Oreos or tennis biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the base of a tart pan. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set. -
Prepare the Mousse Filling:
In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to beat. Gently fold in the Cadbury Flake chocolate pieces. -
Assemble the Tart:
Pour the mousse mixture over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly. Top with crumbled Cadbury Flake for added crunch and decoration. -
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results. Once set, slice and enjoy!
