Ingredients
For the Chicken:

For the Cheesy Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembling the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh lettuce (optional)
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
- Salsa or ranch dressing (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- Make the Cheesy Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the Cheese: Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, continuing to cook until the sauce is smooth and the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute sliced chicken in the center of each tortilla. Spoon the cheesy garlic sauce over the chicken.
- Add Toppings: Optionally, add fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, or any other desired toppings.
- Wrap & Serve: Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to enclose the filling. Serve immediately with salsa or ranch dressing on the side if desired.
