Instructions
Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
Add Spices and Curry Paste:
- Stir in curry paste, curry powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
