Description

Ingredients

1½ cups cottage cheese (smooth or small curd)
¼ cup cocoa powder
34 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

. Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

2. Taste & Adjust

  • Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

3. Chill the Mousse

  • Transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mousse set.

4. Garnish & Serve
