Ingredients
1½ cups cottage cheese (smooth or small curd)
¼ cup cocoa powder
3–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: fresh berries, chocolate shavings, whipped cream, or nuts

- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Taste & Adjust
- Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
3. Chill the Mousse
- Transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mousse set.
4. Garnish & Serve
- Before serving, top with fresh berries, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or nuts.
