Ingredients
- 1 to 1½ cups cottage cheese (2% MF)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 pinches cinnamon
Instructions
- Add half the cottage cheese to a bowl and top with a sliced banana.
- Sprinkle half of the hemp hearts and drizzle half of the maple syrup over the bowl.
- Add half of the peanut butter on top.
- Repeat with the second bowl using the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
