Baked to golden perfection, these addictive chicken tenders are the ultimate comfort food. Whether you need a quick dinner, a game day snack, or a party appetizer, these Crack Chicken Tenders are sure to be a crowd favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the creamy ranch mixture, coating it completely.
  4. Spread the panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each coated chicken tender in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
  5. Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil to help them crisp up during baking.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces such as ranch, BBQ, or honey mustard.

Notes

  • Swap ranch dressing for blue cheese or Caesar dressing for a different flavor.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder to the ranch mixture for extra heat.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and lighter ranch dressing.
