Description

This Easy Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional garlic bread. With a perfect blend of mozzarella, parmesan, and savory garlic, it’s the ideal keto-friendly snack or side dish. Quick to make, just 17 minutes from start to finish, this cheesy bread will satisfy your cravings without compromising your diet. Each serving contains only 2g of net carbs, making it a perfect choice for keto dieters and anyone looking for a healthy, low-carb snack.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

3 tbsp cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.

  3. Add the egg, almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Let the dough cool slightly, then spread it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle or desired shape about 1/4 inch thick.

  5. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy.

  6. Optional: Garnish with chopped basil and serve with tomato sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush the bread with garlic butter before baking.

  • You can add herbs like thyme, rosemary, or parsley to customize the flavor.

  • Try using different cheeses like cheddar or provolone for a unique taste.

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
