Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken – Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce – In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Combine & Cook – Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
4️⃣ Shred the Chicken – Use two forks to shred the chicken. Stir in cream cheese (if using) until smooth and melted.
