Description

These Easy S’mores Cookies are a quick and delicious treat, combining the classic flavors of a campfire s’more into a soft, gooey cookie. With chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs, these jumbo cookies are perfect for any occasion, from parties to casual snacking.


Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Microwave butter for 40 seconds or until fully melted.

  3. Whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

  4. Stir in vanilla extract and egg until well-combined.

  5. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just incorporated.

  6. Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.

  7. Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cookies are set and slightly puffy in the center.
