Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 2 cups water
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef – In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
2️⃣ Add Seasonings & Liquids – Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, Rotel, beans, corn, and water. Mix well.
3️⃣ Simmer – Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4️⃣ Season & Serve – Taste and adjust salt & pepper if needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
