Ingredients
For the filling:

For the sandwiches:
- 8 slices brioche bread
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (for frying)
- Optional: powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Spread strawberry jam on 4 slices of brioche bread.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the remaining 4 slices.
- Combine one jam slice with one cream cheese slice to form a sandwich.
- Make the Egg Mixture:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
- Fry the Sandwiches:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Fry each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Transfer sandwiches to a plate, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
