Ingredients

Fresh lemon juice

Raspberry syrup (homemade or store-bought)

Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

Orange juice

Ice cubes

Granulated sugar (for rim)

Lemon wedge (for rim)

Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Chill the Glass: Place your glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes or fill it with ice water to chill.

  • Prepare the Sugar Rim: Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and dip it into granulated sugar to coat evenly.

  • Mix the Drink: In a shaker, combine 2 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz raspberry syrup, 2 oz sparkling water or soda, and ½ oz orange juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.

  • Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass, ensuring no ice cubes get in.

  • Garnish: Add fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon. Optionally, lightly coat the raspberries with sugar for a frosted effect.

Notes

  • For a more natural sweetness, replace granulated sugar with honey or agave syrup.

  • Add lime juice for an extra citrus punch or experiment with different fruit syrups such as strawberry or blueberry.

  • Swap lemon-lime soda for sparkling water for a less sugary option.

  • For storage, keep the raspberry syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
