- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

- Combine: Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency. Top with garlic butter chicken bites.
