Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook cauliflower: Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender but not mushy. Drain well.
- Make cheese sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Add cheese & seasoning: Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine & bake: Toss cooked cauliflower in cheese sauce, transfer to a baking dish, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
