Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Butter
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Beef broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Mustard (optional, for a burger-like taste)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Smoked paprika (optional)
  • Cauliflower florets (as a low-carb potato substitute)
  • Green onions or pickles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and smoked paprika. Cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and add cauliflower florets. Simmer for 10 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and shredded cheddar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or chopped pickles.
