Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
    • Combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.

    • Add the specific spices for the chosen flavor and mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the Chips:
    • Scoop teaspoons of the mixture onto parchment paper, spacing them 3 inches apart.
    • Flatten each mound lightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. Cook the Chips:
    • Place the parchment paper in the microwave.
    • Microwave at 50% power for 3 minutes.
    • Continue heating in 30-second intervals at full power until dry and lightly browned.
    • Let rest for 2 minutes to harden.
  4. Repeat:
    • Repeat the process for remaining batches.
