Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet with the beef.
  5. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with diced pickles, tomatoes, and green onions if desired.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Spicy Kick: Add red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
  • Protein Swap: Use ground turkey or chicken.
  • Lighter Version: Opt for a lighter Alfredo sauce or Greek yogurt.
  • Extra Toppings: Try caramelized onions or mushrooms.
