- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top and sides of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the sauce is golden brown.
