Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (46 oz each)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
