Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup brown sugar

- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce

- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 10 oz linguine, cooked al dente
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Ground Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
