Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini M&Ms

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, M&Ms, vanilla extract, and salt.

  • Stir the mixture until well-combined. If it’s too sticky, add more oats. If too dry, add extra peanut butter or honey.

  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to help firm it up.

  • Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch bite-sized balls.

  • Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • If you prefer a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
