Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter (if using) until smooth.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, almond flour, and protein powder until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Place the rolled balls on a tray and chill for 20 minutes.
