Ingredients
- 250g plain biscuits (Scotch Finger or digestive biscuits)
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g sweetened condensed milk (½ can)
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (hundreds and thousands)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Crush biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Transfer to a bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in melted butter and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Form the Base: Line a 20cm (8-inch) square baking tin with baking paper and press the biscuit mixture evenly into the tin.
- Add Topping: Pour melted white chocolate over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Decorate: Sprinkle generously with rainbow sprinkles.
- Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the chocolate is firm.
