Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked orzo (rice-shaped pasta)

- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions

- Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the orzo and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
