Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

1 tablespoon peanut butter (100%)

2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon peanuts (for topping)


Instructions

  • Blend the Mousse Base: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.
