Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios, then spread dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
- Let the bars cool before cutting into squares.
