Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Patties – In a bowl, mix ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Cook the Burgers:
- Grill – Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Pan-Fry – Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side.
- Bake – Place on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes.
- Melt the Cheese – In the last minute of cooking, place mozzarella cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
- Toast the Buns – Lightly butter the hamburger buns and toast them in a skillet or under a broiler until golden.
- Assemble the Burgers – Spread marinara sauce on the bottom bun, place the burger patty with melted cheese, and top with pepperoni slices (if using). Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil.
