Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

- Serve: Spoon the beef and potatoes onto plates, ensuring each serving gets some of the flavorful garlic butter sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker.
Notes
- Herbs and Spices: Add dried rosemary or thyme for an herbal flavor boost.
- Vegetable Additions: Try adding carrots, green beans, or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor.
- Potato Alternatives: Use red potatoes or sweet potatoes for a different taste and texture.
