Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Beef and Onions: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is translucent. Drain excess grease.
