Ingredients

  • Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Almond flour or oat flour
  • Baking powder
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free alternative)
  • Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • Egg or flax egg (for vegan option)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add sweetener, milk, egg (or flax egg), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
